The app helps customers move their stuff from one place to another by availing the trucker’s services. AirMove follows a simple order booking process with basic required details along with pick-up and drop-off locations. Customers can also track and manage their deliveries and make payments online- all just in a few taps!

The Need
To streamline the supply chain of moving and delivering stuff safely and securely with total management and tracking capabilities, our client came up with the idea of Airmove. In today’s digital world, where every business is racing to move online, aspects like security, trust, and seamless user experience are often compromised.
Our client, who runs a nationwide delivery and freight company in Australia, wanted to ensure those critical aspects, wherein every customer ranging from residential to industrial and commercial, can move their assets seamlessly in a fully transparent and safer environment. With the AirMove app, they could achieve all the mission-critical aspects they aimed for.
Our Approach & Solutions
Our client had a vision to create a powerful app platform called Airmove, dedicated to revolutionizing logistics and delivery operations. The goal was to bridge the gap between truckers and customers by seamlessly integrating the following features:
- Effortless delivery of products and goods right to the customers’ doorsteps.
- Instant access to a suitable truck or vehicle for efficient and timely deliveries.
- Optimal driver route tracking utilizing Google Maps for optimized navigation.
- Seamless integration of easy and quick payment methods.
- Consignment updates sent conveniently through messages or email.

High Fidelity Prototype
As a next step, our UX designers initiated the development of hi-fi prototypes to ensure that they implanted all the visually appealing aspects of the project along with the needed aesthetics.
Additionally, the designers' efforts to infuse the suitable UX helped them provide the best. They focused on improving user interactions, user behavior, and user flow to define the basic building blocks of the project. The whole process of developing a user-friendly and simplified app project worked well.
Development
The final version of the high-fi prototype created a base to start the development process. To maintain the user flow and experience, our front-end and back-end developers fulfilled their responsibility smartly. The basic features and functionalities incorporated in the significant stakeholders' app are all listed below:
Signup/Login
Users can easily register/signup using social media credentials, email or phone no.
Profile Management
Users can create the profile using personal details, i.e., name, photo, number, address, and more.
Vehicle Booking
Users can select a vehicle of their choice and make a further booking.
Schedule Booking
User can select their preferred date and time and pre-book the order for the same.
Fare Estimation
Users can get fare estimation as per the distance traveled by them.
Payments and Billing
Users can select payment options like cards, e-wallets, and net banking.
Shipment Tracking
Users can track the driver's current location & shipment items using the integrated map.
Contact Driver
Users can connect with the driver using available contact details.
Cancel Booking
Users can cancel the booking anytime they wish to.
SignUp/ Login
The driver can register themselves using email ids, phone numbers, and passwords.
Manage Requests
The driver can view and manage (accept/reject) the customer’s pick-up and delivery requests.
Check Customer’s Details
The driver can check the customer's details, including name, number, invoice, address, and more.
Check Freight Details
The driver can view and calculate fuel charges, the weight of goods, toll charges, and other things included in the distance covered.
Track GPS Route
Drivers can check the shortest route to reach the destination using GPS.
Manage Payments
The driver can easily track and accept payment transactions in any mode.
Login
Admin can log in using email id and password.
Admin Dashboard
Admin can check activity summary on the dashboard like an active driver, shipment complete, live location, etc.
Manage Drivers
Admin can update driver details, add new drivers, or activate/deactivate drivers.
Manage Fleet And Vehicles
Admin can add the info on the types of trucks and different fleets.
Manage Customers
Admin can view or manage the customers, send them personal/ broadcast messages, or block the customers.
Manage Dispatcher
Admin can edit, add, view, or delete the dispatcher's information.
Billing and Invoice
Admin can manage the total revenue earned by seeing the total cash earned in and out.
Evaluate Trip Reports
Admin can track/check the individual trip history of the drivers and take the required steps.
Referral Rewards
Admin can either add/edit the available promo codes/offers.
