Identifying the Client Needs

Telehealth tech, RPM solutions, and a web platform that provides seamless management of patient care remotely have taken the front seat in bridging the gap between people, physicians, and health systems.

In the light of this effective healthcare management, implementing a platform that integrates telehealth solutions and programs and includes compatibility with patient monitoring devices in outpatient and inpatient care became a requisite for Synergy Health 360. The healthcare organization approached us to improve patient experience by developing care continuum solutions powered with best-of-breed technology including artificial intelligence.

Our Approach & Solutions

The Synergy Health organizations’ operational team wanted us to design and develop the mobile app and web platforms for the following roles:

Mobile App for Patients (Android and iOS)

Patient app will include access for patients, caretakers, parents of minor patients and any other authorized family members of patients.

Mobile App for Providers (Android and iOS)

Provider app will cover primary care, specialist, advance care practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, and any other members of the care team.

Web Portal for Admins and System Admin

This will include an easy-to-manage web platform for system administrator so that they can upkeep, configure, and manage the operations of different providers and patients at a single place.

High Fidelity Prototype

The detailed project analysis and the client’s idea helped to understand the requirements of the project and generated the demand for wireframe & hi-fi prototype designing. Based on the research and data collection, our UX designers presented a detailed wireframe & hi-fi for all the three users, i.e., Patient, Provider, and Admin Panel. The user-based well-designed prototypes helped developers to start the coding phase.

Development

Our developers introduced all the specific features and functionalities of each app. The web and app comprises three different stakeholders, i.e., Patient, Provider, and Admin Panel. The major features developed for Synergy Health platform are mentioned below.

Secured Onboarding

User can register or login with email id and password.

Manage Profile

Add personal details, specific information, insurance, contact details, medical history, etc.

Book Appointment

Check the list of doctors, filter specialists, select one based on ratings & reviews, then book the available slot.

Search

Search Doctor by name, specialization, symptoms, problems, etc.

Filter

Sort the doctor’s list based on their experience, ratings, specialization, and insurance accepted.

Book Online Consultation

User can see the doctor’s details, and book consultation slot by providing some basic details.

Video Consultation

Users can especially apply for video consultation for the available date & time slot.

Online Payment

Users can make online payments through multiple modes i.e., credit/debit cards.

Appointment Details

The user can view the upcoming and completed appointment list along with the date, doctor, and other details.

Chat

User can send a text, video, audio, or image form message at a time.

ePrescription

The user can view all the previous and ongoing treatments prescriptions by different doctors.

Notification

Users will receive in-app notification for booking confirmation/cancelation/reminder, lab test results, and more.

Register/Login

Provider can register or login with email id, password, contact info, and other details.

Profile Setup

Provider can add all educational qualification, experience, specialization, and other relevant details.

Schedule Management

Provider can handle their patient appointments and can sync them with multiple calendars.

Manage Bookings

Provider can check new/upcoming/past request details and time and can approve or reject the new request.

Upcoming Appointments

Provider can keep track of all the upcoming appointments along with their details, can cancel the appointment with reason.

Share Prescription

After consultation, provider can share the e-prescription along with dosage details for the patient.

Refer A Doctor

Provider can refer the patient to other specialist doctors for detailed assistance from the available doctor’s list.

Past Appointments

Provider can view and access all the details of the previous patient’s appointments.

Manage Patient List

Provider can add/edit/update/delete their patient’s record or can make a note over it as well.

Bookings & Referrals

Provider can view all the details of current, upcoming, and completed patient booking and referrals.

Chat

Provider can view all the previous conversations, and can send or receive messages in text/images/audio/video form.

Earnings

Providers can keep track of all their earning history along with patients’ details, time, and payment details.

Admin can login with email id and password.

Dashboard

Admin can view all the stats of total users, doctors, booking, and payment count.

Patient Management

Admin can view the list of patients, details, payments, medical records, and other details.

Doctor Management

Admin can track personal, professional, patient, and booking details of registered doctors on the platform.

Master List Management

Admin can add/edit/delete the details of insurance providers from the list.

Disease Management

Admin can add/edit/delete the details of the disease from the list.

Master Management

Admin can keep track of patients’ booking lists along with their details and doctor.

Admin can track the details of new registered doctors/patients, no. of bookings, maximum appointments, and other details in graphical form.

Monitor Devices

Admin can keep track of health monitoring devices assigned to the patient along with location.
